Welcome to Pebble Cottage
Who doesn’t like the idea of a holiday cottage to escape too? And as for most people we had to wait and work really hard to make it happen, along with much searching of the soul and the countryside to find what we wanted and where we wanted it.
We then found Pebble Cottage and it was definitely worth the wait and all the work!

A beautiful and certainly well equipped cottage, you really only need to bring the basics as the owners have thought of everything.. even down to picnic bits and bobs, dog towels to dry our dog after a cooling dip in the ford … and any kitchen necessity we needed, it was there and more.

We stayed at Pebble Cottage for 6 nights early August and couldn’t have wished for more. The cottage was perfect – both inside and out – you can certainly tell that it has been refurbished recently (comfy beds, a new shower, hair straighteners, sharp knives, kettle with no lime scale…..I could carry on!) The hosts had thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable and hassle free: dog blankets, a full picnic set, a range of family games and even a voucher for the local delicatessen. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We had a wonderful holiday at Pebble Cottage. The cottage was clean, comfortable and very well equipped and the garden was absolutely beautiful. The location was fantastic – a stone’s throw from Gallox Bridge and the National Trust Tearooms at Dunster Castle and a short stroll to the High Street and the Tourist Information Centre. Lovely walks straight from the door.
